I’m the passionate owner and CEO of Nemrac Lashes, a business I created as a heartfelt tribute to my sister, Carmen. Growing up, Carmen was unique in our household for having naturally curly lashes that didn’t need a touch of mascara — they were long, full, and absolutely beautiful. When she began treatment for lung cancer, she lost all her hair, including those gorgeous lashes. But on March 16th, she emerged victorious in her battle with cancer, a moment our family will always cherish.

To honor her spirit and keep her memory alive, I founded Nemrac in 2020 — which is Carmen spelled backwards. It’s a special name rooted in a childhood memory of ours: we used to have fun spelling and talking backwards together. That little tradition became the foundation for something bigger, something meaningful.

Every lash and beauty product in my collection is carefully designed and curated by me, because it’s important that each item reflects the love, quality, and care I pour into this brand. My dedication to Nemrac Lashes comes from a deep desire to help people feel confident, beautiful, and empowered — while also finding ways to give back to the community that has supported me.

As a family-owned, Black-owned, and woman-owned business, I truly value affordability, accessibility, and making a meaningful, positive impact.
